A yellow weather warning for rain that covers the western and northern parts of the Stirling Council area is in effect until 9pm today (5 Feb). Persistent and at times heavy downpours could bring some disruption, especially to travel. A flood alert for the Central region is also in place.
Our schools and nurseries plan to be open as normal tomorrow (6 Feb). If that changes, or school buses are disrupted due to the weather conditions, your school or nursery will be in touch with you in the morning with arrangements. If you don’t hear from your nursery school, assume it's open.
Please take care while travelling and check the latest conditions prior to making your journey.
