Keep Safe is a national initiative developed by the community based charity I Am Me in partnership with Police Scotland.
People of all ages fall, but older people are at greater risk and more likely to experience serious injury resulting in loss of mobility and independence.
Assessing your Needs
If you, or someone you care for, feel that Social Care support is required, we can make a referral and undertake an initial assessment.
Therapeutic Day Support
We provide time-limited support for individuals over 65 who are currently undergoing rehabilitation following an identified medical condition.
Self Directed Support Options
Gives you more choice, flexibility and control over how your support is provided and supports you to be safe and independent at home and within your community.
If you are an adult who is being harmed or neglected and unable to protect yourself please let us know as we are here to help.
