Parking Zones and Permits
Please check to see if you need to apply for a parking permit (either a renewal or new one).
Controlled parking zone
Within Stirling City Centre, a controlled parking zone is enforced from Monday - Saturday (inclusive) between 8.45am to 5.30pm (unless otherwise stated).
Our Park and Ride scheme provides low-cost and frequent access to Stirling City Centre from convenient locations.

Resident parking scheme
We operate a Residents Permit Parking Scheme within the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) in the following areas:
- Stirling City Centre
- Dunblane Town Centre
Permits cost £83.00 per year and entitle the holder to park in "residents only" bays and "pay and display" areas within their designated zone, without limit of time and at no additional charge. Please see below for different areas and their costs.
Area D
- Area D 4 weekly £50.80
- Area D 12 weekly £138.60
- Annually £462
Area E
- Area E 4 weekly £50.80
- Area E 12 weekly £138.60
- Annually £462
Area F
- Area F 4 Weekly £37.90
- Area F 12 Weekly £112.30
- Area F annually £396
Please Note: The permit does not entitle the holder to park in any other areas including loading bays, bus stops, taxi ranks, disabled spaces, doctor spaces and single or double yellow lines. Having a parking permit, does not guarantee the holder a parking space.

The resident parking scheme operates within the following periods:
Stirling
- Monday to Saturday (inclusive) between 8:45am to 5:30pm
Dunblane
- Monday to Friday (inclusive) between 8:45am to 5:30pm.
Applying for the Residents parking permit scheme
Our Customer First office is currently closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. If you wish to purchase or renew a Resident's Parking Permit, applications can be made by post or by emailing your name, address and contact number to customer first where a member of staff will contact you.

Season tickets
Weekly parking tickets can be purchased from the ticket machines in Stirling where all-day parking is permitted. However monthly, quarterly and annual season tickets can also be purchased.
