Follow these steps to ask us for discharge of conditions advice.
- Read our discharge of conditions guidance. This explains the current costs for applications, how this will be assessed and how long it might take us to reply.
- Download and complete the discharge of conditions application form.
- Collate any relevant supporting materials, as is explained in the 'checklist' section of the form.
- Email your completed form and supporting materials to planning@stirling.gov.uk.
- Pay the application fee using our online form below.
