Stirling rang in the New Year in style with a spectacular fireworks display over the National Wallace Monument.
The night sky above the iconic Scottish landmark was lit up at midnight in a kaleidoscope of colour to welcome 2023.
The special firework show was the finale of a bumper festive programme of events across Stirling, including a sold-out Hogmanay Ceilidh at the Tolbooth and a sold-out all-ages concert – Hogmanay at the Halls – at the Albert Halls.
Stunning
Stirling Council Leader, Cllr Chris Kane said: “Stirling brought in the bells in typically stunning fashion with an amazing fireworks display over the National Wallace Monument.
“The colourful spectacle was a fitting finale to our diverse festive events programme which proved hugely popular.
“I would like to wish all our residents a Happy New Year and wish them all the best for 2023.”
