Bannockburn Primary School
About the school
The current Bannockburn Primary School building was built in 1965 and has 18 rooms, a supportive learning base, a nursery class, a large hall, a dining room and kitchen. An extension to the main building was completed in November 1993. This accommodates some of our Early Years classes.
We have an Autism Provision (AP) for children who have a language and communication difficulty. Whenever possible the children are included in mainstream classes and can be supported by teaching staff and our support for learning assistants.
Each school has its own geographic area called a catchment area. Normally, your child will attend your local catchment school. If you wish your child to attend a school other than the catchment school you are required to make a placing request.
