Guide to log a repair

How to log a repair using the Online Portal

  • Click on the link (Housing Online login)
  • Log into your Housing Online account (you will need to register if it’s your first time accessing Housing Online)
  • Once logged in, select the My Repairs tile
  • Once in the My Repairs tile, click the Report a Repair button
  • read the opening page before clicking the Report a Repair button
  • Select on a tile/picture of the section which is the most appropriately related to the repair you need
  • Continue selecting the tile/picture in the following subsections which most relate to your required repair and then answer questions relating to your required repair/fault
  • Pick an appropriate date/time for the repair you require and make note of it so you don’t miss our operative
