The Council refers individuals to the Social Inclusion Project for support with substance use issues and other issues that may be causing difficulty / concern.
This service is available to people aged 18+.
Personal data is about individuals who have been referred to the project.

GDPR Article 6 (1)(a) - the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The data comes from the individual and is collected by Council employees face to face during the course of an interview with the individual to establish their needs.
Services will keep information within secure case files and service databases.
