About the Senior Management Team
The Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Officers and Heads of Service are responsible for the day-to-day management of Council services. Their role is to:
- lead the individual functions that make up the services we provide
- implement strategic initiatives
- engage with partners and key stakeholders
- shape policies to support best practices and efficient service delivery
- monitor, assess and improve staff and supplier performance

Register of Officer Interests
The Senior Management Team complete a register of interests which is updated regularly and at least every year.
The purpose of the register is to identify potential conflicts of interest when officers are making decisions. This register is available for inspection by auditors and senior managers and we also make it available to the public.
