- Welcome: (JM) Welcomed everyone to the meeting.
- Minutes of Previous Meeting December 10 2024: Proposed (WL) Seconded (IC)
- Matters arising: There is no funding for Christmas lights this year, try for next year and try to get sponsorship from businesses (FM) that found out about the cost of Xmas lights £400 each. The goal is to buy 10 and will need full backing from the community. (JM) says people can sponsor individual lights in remembrance of someone they may have lost. (FM) Thinking about running a bingo every week, car boot sales and other things. (JM) says there would need to be a hire cost for the hall. (FM) will approach the businesses in Bandeath to request funding for lights. The committee agrees to go ahead with this.
Stirling Council has been down and tarred the bits that Scottish Water did, but they haven’t been sealed, and they are breaking up. Action (WL) will contact Stephen Bly to get the roads department to come back down. (IC) There is a hollow in the road at the bus shelter, and it causes a puddle that can splash people waiting for a bus.

- Councillors Report:
No councillor in attendance (JM) sent all the dates to the councillor.
- Throsk Community Enterprise No one is in attendance.
- Correspondence—TSB Bank has sent information to Helen’s house; this is not acceptable. It has all been changed via the forms. (JM) and (WL) have been to the bank five
- Planning - (WL) Nothing new in planning.
Any other Competent Business:
Vermin in the house (IC) they are digging through the skirting boards and coming under the kitchen cupboards, he spotted 2 in the house, traces of mouse gnawing. (JM) suggested that he get in touch with the council and contact Environmental Health.
(Res) people are taking their dogs in the playpark and not lifting the dog fouls. This needs to be investigated and reported.
Facebook – need to get followers and promote School run - no resolution to date
