Robertson, Gill Christie, Graham Slade, Mary McKinlay, Pauline Roberts (Stirling Council), Cllr Danny Gibson

Apologies: Susan Currie, Isabella Lowe, Caroline Stewart

1. Welcome, Apologies & Conflicts of Interest – The Chair welcomed all attendees and asked for any conflicts of interest (none reported).

2. Approval of Minutes – The Minutes of the meeting held on 2^nd October were presented and approved.

3. Co-option of new members – it was reported that the 2 new proposed Community Councilors, Graham Slade and Gill Christie, would need to present their nomination papers again, with their approval to join the Community Council then scheduled for the December meeting.

4. Chair’s Report – the Chair asked Community Councilors and others if they would share their contact details to facilitate communication. The Community Act of Remembrance takes place on Friday 8^th November at 1045. Raploch will be represented at the switch-on of Stirling’s Christmas lights on Saturday 16^th November by Raploch Scouts.

5. Treasurer’s Report – Treasurer had submitted apologies.

6. Councillor Report – Cllr Gibson raised various issues including the ongoing Stirling Council budge consultation.

7. Police Report – Police report was received and shared.

8. Raploch Community Development Plan – it was agreed that the plan would be redistributed amongst Community Councilors.

9. AOCB – Various updates were shared including the launch of the new Raploch Youth Café at St. Mark’s Church and ongoing parking issues
