The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies were as noted above.

The Minutes of the meeting held on May 2024 were approved as an accurate record with one minor amendment:

Written report submitted - no officers present at the meeting.
- Matters Arising
a. Planning
Niall Hamilton-Smith noting that the objections to planning applications discussed at May’s meetings have been submitted to the Council.
Noting no further objections to be made to any current applications.
b. Sustainable Transport
Gary Bell noting no significant developments.
c. White road lines
Members noting that the white road markings in the area require to be refreshed. Members agreeing to report the matter on Fix My Street.

Kings Park Community Council 1
a. Park Management Rules Consultation
Jen noting correspondence inviting the Community Council to make comments on the control of dogs within public parks and open spaces and adding the prohibition of drones to the current Park Management Rules.
b.Riding for the Disabled
Members noting that they are open to inviting representatives to a Community Council meeting to discuss development plans for their proposed new facility within the Community Council area.
