Pay your business rates

Use this service to pay your rates for your business premises. If you want to pay any other invoice from us you can use the pay a council bill service.

Before you begin

To protect your privacy, we don't display your account balance. If you make a payment after 8 pm UK time, it will be credited to your account at the close of the next working day.

To pay online you'll need:

  • your business rates account reference – the 13-character reference that you can find on any rates correspondence from us
  • your payment card details
