The easing of restrictions across Scotland under Phase 2 of the Scottish Government Route Map means a gradual re-opening of Registration Services in the Stirling Council area.
Stirling Council Update

From Monday 29 June, parents of unregistered children born before 31 March 2020 will be able to make an appointment with their nearest open Registration Office.  Parents of children born after 31 March should continue to monitor under the tab Registrars as appointments are gradually opened to deal with the backlog of registrations.

Deaths continue to be registered remotely with the full support of Registration staff offered to bereaved families to help them through these difficult circumstances.

Outdoor weddings and civil partnerships can be carried out from Monday 29 June.  The entire wedding party can consist of a maximum of 8 people from no more than three households, this allows the couple and their witnesses to attend.

Most services will still be carried out remotely, and offices in Stirling, Balfron and Killin will be open for appointments only.  Full details can be found on the website above, but appointments can be at the following offices.
