Current public health crisis
As the Council focuses resources on providing essential services and responding to the current public health crisis, it will not be possible to process licence applications within the normal time frames. Forthcoming meetings of the Council’s Planning and Regulation Panel and the District of Stirling Licensing Board have been cancelled, until at least the end of April 2020, with further cancellation very likely.
Licence and renewal applications may still be submitted, but by email only. Forms can be downloaded from the relevant sections of the website. Once completed and signed, they should be scanned and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment must be by bank transfer, and details will be provided when your application is received.
For all civic licences, including taxi and private hire, current licences will remain valid as long as the renewal application is received before the expiry date of the licence.
If your application or renewal is not urgent, we ask that you consider delaying submission until a later date.
