Providing great customer service all the time is one of our key priorities here at the Council.   Our Customer Care Strategy sets standards for the help we want to give people who use our services.  Our promises are:

  • We will listen to what you ask for and respond to your requests and feedback.
  • We will keep you informed about the services we provide and when we provide them, and let you know if they change.
